Meet Natalie
Director and Principal Consultant MBA, FICDA, MAITD, TAE
I’m committed to improving the equity of access to peer and expert knowledge, tools and support for our community volunteers, boards and non profits and social enterprises. My passion is helping to improve communities by building stronger and sustainable organisations
I have worked on some amazing projects to help people innovate, develop, and grow their impact. I willingly share those lessons and experiences, and love hearing from others about their journey. I am a big believer in collaboration and I’m always looking for ways to connect people to deliver better impacts for all.
I can see potential and opportunity in almost any situation and always like to leave people feeling inspired and motivated to continue improving their organisations.
I deliver workshops and have facilitated planning sessions across Australia. I have assisted federal, state and local governments, non-government organisations, not-for-profits, charities, social enterprises, and social purpose businesses
Growing up in family businesses has taught me a lot, but I wanted to carve my own path, and left the fold to manage my first business at 16. Then I decided to return to study later in life, undertaking a Bachelor of Business (Tourism) and then more recently an MBA focussing on the law, entrepreneurship and governance. If I’m not reading or studying, I like to use what I have learned to help someone, or to work on some of my own passion projects. All this gets my brain fired with ideas, ready to develop strategies, and implement actions to get results at a practical, realistic level.
I am passionate about social equity so I seed-funded a digital learning social enterprise, iClick2Learn, which is breaking down traditional barriers to accessing, peer information, and expert knowledge. In between work I find time to volunteer for some good causes and provides a lot of pro bono support and advice. Recently, she spent a month pro bono with businesses and social enterprises in the tourism sector in Vanuatu. One passion close to my heart is to provide mentorship to selected women just as I received mentorship from my great friend the late Gale Eckford.
Our Manifesto
Decisions on who we work with, how we work, and the outcomes of our work, are directed by these eleven ethical values;
Deliver objective and informed recommendations
We consider stakeholders, various internal and external sources, and factual information when providing recommendations for you.
Deliver practical and sustainable results
We ensure projects and recommendations deliver results, that you can practically achieve and sustain, post our involvement in your project.
Build clients knowledge and capacity
Core to our beliefs, is that, our job is to increase your knowledge on the project, so that if you want to, you can do the job yourself in the future, or, with less help from us.
Value and extend reciprocity
Reciprocity is a value we highly regard. We love helping and supporting clients to achieve, and you won’t have to bring the check book out every time. We also extend social impact and economic reciprocity to the Australian and international communities where we work.
Maintain confidentiality
We do not divulge any information about any organisation we work or volunteer for, to any person who has no delegated authority or legislative power to request it.
Remove conflicts of interest
We are proactive in identifying and making transparent any direct or indirect conflicts of interest and ensure that solutions are actioned in consultation with those affected (and we practice what we preach - see #10).
Do no paid work whilst volunteering with that organisation
When we volunteer on boards or for organisations, we do not submit proposals or accept paid work with those organisations during this time or 12 months post our involvement
Use not abuse our pro bono services
We extend our pro bono offer and regularly answer calls for advice at a moments notice. We also spread the love around, so unless it’s a project we are working on and have committed time to, we will balance our pro bono support so it’s not abused.
Equity, culture and respect
We firmly believe in equitable and culturally appropriate workspaces that show respect towards others. We will not work with organisations who do not demonstrate support for people's unique talents and backgrounds.
Our Impact
We are passionate about our work and the difference we can make to our communities.
We have seen first-hand the difference it makes when people are empowered with the right knowledge, tools, and information to innovate, develop, and grow their organisations.
We are so passionate about providing equal access to expert and peer knowledge, we’ve seed-funded and heavily invested our time and resources to launch iClick2Learn.
We have also heavily invested and supported a number of individuals and organisations across Australia. We regularly provide an average of $40,000 pa of pro bono support and advice.

Using cloud technology, incorporating communication portals and telecommunications, we work with clients across Australia. We spend 10-15 days a month on the road, regularly visiting cities and towns across 5 states in Australia – New South Wales, ACT, Queensland, Victoria, and WA.
