Grants and Tenders
Grants, Tenders and Award Submissions
Benefit from my knowledge and experience of writing and assessing successful submissions.
“I’ve secured over $70 million dollars for communities and businesses, achieving an 83.5% success rate for grants and a 94.2% success rate for tenders. I have learnt that strategy, is the key to success.
Clients have gone on to secure over $36 million using the strategies I’ve shown them. One client receives around $3 million on average per annum, still using much of the original content I developed.
Grants are 80% strategy and 20% writing.
I’ve systemised the grant writing process and this is the focus of my upcoming book ‘Win the Grant with The Grant Writing System’. Due for release in May 2023.”
I have experience across the breadth of the grant industry. I’m an experienced writer, assessor, panel chair and consultant to funders, helping them shape their programs. I share the tools, tips and strategies across all sides of the grant funding process to improve the quality and content of grant submissions.70

Helping you find the money; develop your project; find support and partners; write your submission or provide review and assessment support and help with acquittals…..it’s all part of what we do!
An email I received recently – don’t let this situation happen to you!
‘Thank you so much for the very pertinent information at yesterday’s workshop. Timely information as today I had a formal review session on a submission we missed out on.
Would you believe one of the key issues?
That point you referred to on not having “formal agreements” rather than letters of support; the case of the missing MOU. The minute the words rolled out of the assessor, I recalled your point!’

Typical comments from workshop participants*:
‘Natalie is very generous giving us so many valuable tips and ‘insider secrets’. A great day, so much new information to think about, thanks.’
‘The real examples she used really helped me separate good from bad (responses)’.
‘Natalie is a great presenter – very engaging!’
‘I need to lock Natalie in my cupboard so I can bring her out every time I need her, she’s such a wealth of information!‘
‘Natalie brings a wealth of experience to grant writing. she really added value to an important vehicle for non-profits’
Good examples, I could easily think of ways our organisation can apply them.‘
Really enjoyed the Grant writing workshop in Sydney. I just wish the course could be extended by a couple of hours. There was a huge amount of material to cover. VERY useful. I’m already using the Organisation Template to direct the Board’s thinking as we prepare for grant applications. Thanks Natalie! Chris Ekstrom
